How long it takes to receive my order?

We will proceed your order on the next working day after you purchase and make the payment. Once we proceed your order it takes 1 – 2 weeks time for us to deliver the order to your doorstep.

Order status checking & tracking

Once we proceed your order, we will arrange the delivery soonest possible. We may assign your order to our logistic partner or deliver by our in-house logistic team depends on the given shipping address . We will notify you once we arrange the delivery, but you are always welcome to enquiry us about your order status via email or social media platforms messengers your, because relieving parental anxiety is the purpose of our online store.

Exchange policy

We do provide exchange policy for you! Which means when you receive your order and you found there is any defect on it, you may take a photo on and send it to us via email or social media messengers within a week. We will exchange a new set for you.

I have forgotten my account password. How to retrieve my account password?
