Shipping & Delivery

  • Peninsular Malaysia is only eligible to Free Shipping for orders above RM150 in a single order/ receipt.
  • All orders are delivered via 3rd party courier company. Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address when we send out the order.
  • Deliveries are made during office hours.
  • To check the status of your order, we will email you the tracking number and you can track your order online at our appointed courier company website.
  • Please be informed that we are not be able to accommodate on the time of delivery because we engage the courier company to deliver all our orders.
  • Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made, not order date.
  • The arrival date of all orders is subject to change due to many unforeseen circumstances which might occur from time to time before or during the delivery.
  • We recommend you refer to the stock status of product before making a purchase, either “In Stock”, “Pre-Order”, “Out of Stock” or “Discontinue”.
    For “Pre-Order” status product, it will be required 7 – 14 working days to replenish the stock.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Maximum Shipment weight is limited to maximum 30 kgs (for domestic) 20 kgs (international) only.
    For Shipping weight more than 30 kgs, please request for shipping quotation.
  2. Oversized items, such as Baby Cot, Latex Mattress, Playpen etc may be charged differently and to follow volumetric calculation.
  3. Babylove reserves the rights to revise the Shipping Charges for the Oversize items, it will be calculated based on Volumetric ( Length x Width x Height (cm3) divided by 6000 = Volumetric Weight (kgs) )
  4. The shipment charges will be automatically void during the checkout process for purchase “above the amount” stated in a single order. Delivery charges will automatically be calculated at checkout.
  5. Delivery Timeline subject to stock availability and upon full payment received, your order will be processed within 3 working days.
  6. Delivery Timeline acts as a guideline only. For International shipment, the actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancellation of despatches.
  7. Babylove will not responsible for any custom duties and fees on international shipment.
  8. Babylove reserves the rights to on-hold or reject the shipment to P.O.Box addresses and departmental stores warehouses.
